# Plain AML

> Plain AML runs the monthly AML/CTF routine for small NSW practices (accountants, conveyancers and buyer's agents). We prepare and run the checks, screening, training records and report drafts. The practice stays in charge: it keeps the compliance officer role, reviews and lodges every report to AUSTRAC, and signs the monthly pack. General information only, not legal advice.
